TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and Poppy’s Corner Shop. By requesting any product or service through our store, you express your acceptance.
PRICES: In the event that an item appears in the store with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error Poppy’s Corner Shop will have the right, to refuse or cancel any order made. In this case, we will contact you to receive instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
TAXES: Poppy’s Corner Shop prices include VAT.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Bank Transfer.
- Shipments will be made by Correos Express and DHL depending on the destination area of the order. You must notify Poppy’s Corner Shop, within 48 hours after the delivery date, if there are any errors in the items sent. In case of receiving a package damaged by transportation, you must take a photograph of the packaging and attach it to the claim.
- The delivery dates are only estimates. For orders to be delivered in Spain Peninsula the estimated time will be 24-48 hours. For the rest of countries of 3-10 days. Items that are not in stock / special orders require approximately 2-4 weeks for shipment. Weekends and holidays are not calculated on the days of delivery.
- Poppy’s Poppy’s Corner Shop will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to justifiable causes such as strikes, riots, delays in transportation or weather causes.
RETURNS: Within 14 days after receipt of the product, new, unused and undamaged items may be returned together with the corresponding delivery note for the exchange of goods or the credit of the store, subject to the following limitations:
- All returns / changes must be in their original packaging, unused and in conditions of sale.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours after receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign it or accept it and return it to us. We will send you a change or a credit for the item.
- We do not accept returns on the following items: tailor-made, personalized, customized, special order items.
- Only one return per order. We will not accept a return of the change.
- If the item is defective when received by the customer or if there was an error of delivery by Poppy’s Corner Shop, we will refund the shipping cost of the returned parcel, and will send replacement at our expense.
- If an item was damaged during transit, we reserve the right to request a photographic proof of the damage. That is, you may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item.
All returns require the prior written approval of Poppy’s Corner Shop and a Return Authorization Number, which will be delivered to you. Once you have received the authorization you must send your return within 10 days before it expires. Poppy’s Corner Shop is not responsible for loss or damage of transportation during the return.
To request a refund, follow the steps below:
- Enter My Account / Order History
- In the line of the order you want to return, click on the DATA option.
- Select the products you want to return and the units.
- Detail the reason for your return.
- Click on the button REQUEST A RETURN
You will receive an email response with a return authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of your package, as well as additional instructions. Any item returned without a Return Authorization number issued by Poppy’s Corner Shop will NOT be processed and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
