Shipping Costs & Delivery Terms from Spain
At Poppy's Corner Shop we know that fast reliable service is important to our customers. That is why over 99% of our orders (see conditions below) are despatched by 24hr SEUR courier on the day of receipt (if received by 12.00pm). Although this usually means you will receive it the next or following working day, we ask that you allow up to 4 working days (9 days non SPANISH orders) of the order date.
Where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to despatch as much of your order as possible. In the rare cases where we are unable to despatch any items immediately, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process.
1. Spanish Destinations
Your order will be delivered to your door. Please, give accurate details: name, full delivery address, city, post-code and telephone, to avoid delays.
MAINLAND-SPAIN SHIPPING COST (TAX INCLUDED): From 7.50 Euros (max.weight 5 kgs)+ 0.50 Euros for each additional kg.
2. International Destinations:
Delivery time will depend on two factors, your location and delivery address. A tracking number will be submitted via email as soon as your order is despatched.
Shipping costs will be calculated during the process of your order for the European countries. For overseas orders, we kindly ask you to contact us for shipping cost.
RETURNS POLICY
At Poppy's Corner Shop we pride ourselves on the quality of the products we sell. We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase from us. At the same time, we realise we cannot please all of the people all of the time.
With this in mind, our returns policy is quite simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund. If the product is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, we will pay the postage costs to return the item and sending the replacement to you. All we ask is that you return the items in a saleable condition with all of its packaging intact.
If you are returning an item and would like a replacement item (e.g. a different size or colour), we ask that you return the item and cover the any difference in cost, plus the postage and packaging for the new item to be sent.

Poppy's Corner Shop will not accept any returns of items related to pets care and hygiene such as sanitary pants, shampoo, brushes etc.
