Uses an elastic band to fit snuggly on your pooch.

You cannot have a dog party without a party collar.  These Smoochers® "Bells" party collars are bright, fun, full of life, and ready for the party.  

Each collar has dozens of little bells (for little sounds) on the end of each "feather". 

Product Features

• Each collar is sized based on the approximate "stretch" available.  However, the colalrs will fit slightly larger and smalled sized dogs than the sizing indicated.  This is due to the elastic nature of the collar
• Durable and ready to wear, these collars will last if used properly.  However, they are not meant for "rough-housing" as the charms on the outside make attractive "targets" for play pals.

• Make sure you and your guests have plenty of room to romp and play.  Backyards work great, but you can also look into renting out areas of your local dog park
• Send out invitations early just as you would for a people party
• Consider bringing in an "expert" such as a dog trainer or an agility dog performer
• Be sure to provide lots of fresh water so the thirsty pups can rehydrate after a hard day of play time
• Make sure the guests are compatible breeds and personalities
• Have plenty of "clean up" supplies on hand
• Hand out some great party favors and to-go treats
