Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store and add to the shopping cart
any item(s) you think your dog will enjoy. When you have made your selection,
click on checkout
and you will be asked a few details needed to complete your order. You may also wish to log in as a member.
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days. After you place your order,
you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second e-mail upon
shipment of your order. These e-mails will contain your order number, along
with information to enable you to track the status of your order. You will be
notified instantly of items that are out of stock and given other options
including, if you wish to proceed with the order, an approximate delivery date.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us. If your order has
already been shipped, just follow the procedures set forth in our RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with the product you have ordered, you may return it to
us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, a credit note or a refund. All
items must be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
Returned items should be returned by registered post, as we cannot be held
responsible for postal losses. You will be issued with a credit note,
replacement goods or a refund, as required. Please note that lingerie, toys and
seasonal items are not returnable. We strongly recommend that all toys, and
particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under
supervision. We will only give refunds on toys if they can be found to be
defective. Please note also that postage costs are not refundable, unless the
return is a result of our error.
